Qualifications Required-Drivers

Any Transport Company’s greatest resource is their manpower, specifically their drivers. In order to provide our industry leading services on a consistent basis, we are looking for professional drivers who share our vision and commitment. All drivers should be willing to work as part of a team and should meet below required qualifications.

• Must have minimum– Minimum 1-2 Years over-the-road experience and a good safety record.
• Must be dedicated to work and committed to time bound delivery.
• Must go the extra mile with customers and find new and innovative ways to improve customer service and reinforce the value of the Company.
• Must be willing to be part of a team.
• Must have a safe driving record, including no more than three tickets (excluding parking tickets) in the past three years. No involvement in a major chargeable accident within the last three years. No license suspension within the past three years, or a record that indicates a disregard for public safety.
• Must have a stable work history -must be able to provide a complete work record for the past ten years, including company names, addresses, phone numbers and references.
• Age – Minimum 21 years.
• Criminal background check is required for all interested drivers.

Qualifications Required-Office Employees

Candidates applying to this position are expected to work as a team and be an asset to the company. Each candidate will go through the training before working. We expect you to be fluent in English, as most of the work will be handling official documents and writing emails. You should also be willing to help other team members and drivers if they have any questions.

• • Must be 16 or over.
  • Must have prior basic knowledge on how to use a computer
  • Must be dedicated to work
  • Must be respectful and co-operative
  • Must have good observation skills and a hard worker
  • Must know basic math (Grade 10 level math, workplace or foundations required)
  • Must be kind to customers and other employees
  • Good at problem-solving
  • Must be available weekdays and weekends
  • Must be on time
  • Work should be done on time and professionally
  • Must know how to spell correctly and use good grammar (minimum grade 10 literacy)
  • Must be organized
  • Must complete training
  • If eligible, must complete a criminal background check
